PROFILE INFORMATION

Having kicked off his career in early 2014, Ben is one of James Group’s Senior Brokers. Alongside Alistair Billing, he specialises in industrial sales and leases throughout the Southern Central Corridor of Onehunga, Penrose and Mount Wellington. After graduating with a Commerce Degree from the University of Otago, Ben has gone on to cement himself as an extremely reputable and well known broker in the Auckland Industrial market.

With well over 400 transactions and 9 years of experience already under his belt, the central industrial precinct has benefited hugely from having him establish himself in the market place. Ben’s personable and fresh approach to his work has not only ensured that he has forged and maintained great relationships with many of Auckland’s top players in the market, but that he can also cater for individuals and requirements of all shapes and sizes.

Outside of work Ben is a massive sports nut and spends most of his spare time either on the golf course or surfing the Sky Sport channels. Current handicap of 10, however has the ability to play like a beginner and shoot 100 at any given point in time.
