Alistair has been selling and leasing through Onehunga, Penrose & Mount Wellington with James Group since 2013 and has forged relationships with a number of New Zealand’s largest and most prolific Landlords. In 2014 Alistair teamed up with Ben Adam and in this time they have made a name for themselves as the areas go-to agents for off-market sales as well as transacting leases for some of Auckland most prestigious Landlords including Goodman Property Trust, Property For Industry (PFI), James Kirkpatrick Group, Samson Corporation, Kiwirail and the Dilworth Trust Board.

Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and value placed on repeat business have seen them conduct some of Auckland’s largest industrial leases and have worked along-side both government and local council organisations as well as high value start-ups throughout the technology and logistics sectors. As a Senior Broker Alistair’s role includes training and mentoring new salespeople as well as having a keen interest in technology and company initiatives. Alistair plans to be in the market for many years to come and values every contact he makes and every business relationship he forges along the way.

When not working on the next deal Alistair can be found immersing himself in his passions for both motorsport and animals.
