After completing a Bachelor of Law at the University of Waikato, Jake began his career as a property solicitor followed by two years in the commercial banking sector at ANZ before joining James Group in 2018. A background in property law and commercial banking has set a solid foundation for Jake to apply his knowledge and experience successfully as commercial broker. Jake works in partnership with Brenton Thompson covering the Far South Auckland suburbs including Manurewa, Takanini, Papakura, Drury and Pukekohe. In November 2018 Jake and Brenton were successfully part of a multi-sale auction campaign resulting in three industrial properties sold under the hammer. His interests include sports and outdoor activities, including a passion for surfing and fishing.
