I have owned and operated my own small business while studying a conjoint Bachelor of Property & a Bachelor of Commerce at Auckland University which I completed in 2011.

I spent 3 years working as a Property Manager for Bayleys Property Services where i was heavily involved in Industrial, Office and Retail property management including freehold, strata and syndicated properties.

For the past two years I have been based overseas travelling and working based in Whistler Canada where I followed my love for the outdoors.

Earlier in the year Steven received a requirement for a business needing new space in the City Fringe Area. Originally seeking office in the 250sqm range, after extensive conversation regarding what the business needed for their next location, as well as developing a great relationship with parties from all levels in the organisation, Steven recognized the business required almost double the space originally requested to find. Through encouraging the business to futureproof themselves by taking a larger space in anticipation of steady growth and expansion, the business decided to occupy a full floor 450sqm Parnell office for a substantial term.

 

Steven’s detailed recognition of the business’s projected plan, and his facilitation of consistent communication between all parties resulted in a great, long term result for the vendor, as well as the tenant.
