Max met Mike- from Gen Weld when he was out pounding the pavements of Patiki and Rosebank Rd. Mike was bursting at the seams at his owner occupied Patiki Rd premises.


Like Max, Mike too had his finger on the pulse of property that he thought would be the ideal fit for his needs and identified 745 Rosebank Rd as the right property for his business expansion plans.

Max along with Managing Director Blair, met with the Landlord Alan Clark. Alan had occupied the site for over 3 decades and the timing was good for him to cash up and leave his legacy to the next Landlord.


Max spent countless hours with Blair and their Vendors Alan and Ronda at their Remuera family home, shared meals and many pots of tea building the necessary rapport needed for Allan and Ronda, who had previously been burned by realtors to satisfy their concerns that our James Group duo were right for the job.


The result, a very happy purchaser Mike who picked up an off market transaction on terms that could accommodate his business and for our Vendors, a healthy retirement cheque to cash in on their years of toil on the site.
