For the last 10 years, Property has been all that Aidan has known. His love affair with the industry started at the University of Auckland where Aidan studied a Bachelor of Property, a programme which provided the foundations to work for two of the industries biggest companies both locally and abroad. Since finding his feet at James Group in 2016, Aidan has been an integral part of the James Group West Auckland industrial team where he has team up his client focused approach with an outgoing personality to harvest over 60 successful transactions and counting.

When he’s not out doing business with the local community, Aidan can be found trying to lower his ever-increasing golf handicap, or jetting off with his friends for some Balinese sunshine.

In 2017, Aidan worked closely with a purchaser to secure a them a heavy industry site in Glendene with 8 separate industrial units. At the time, the property was underperforming its rental return, a function of both building condition and casual lease agreements. With the help of the JG Property Management team through crafty add value refurbishments, Aidan has since re-let a number of the units on longer leases and at higher rental rates. The significance of this for our client? Their building is now returning them an additional 1% on the original purchase price to go along with significant capital growth.
