Peter Hwang, a dedicated agent at James Group, has consistently been one of the top performers in the company, earning the accolade for the most deals transacted in several years. He joined the team in 2017 and quickly made his mark, finalizing 37 deals within his first 10 months across Papakura, Takanini, and Pakuranga locations. Peter stepped up to a pivotal role when Blair transitioned from his position in the East Tamaki agency team to a full-time managing director role in 2018, demonstrating Pete’s adaptability and proficiency. He now leads the East Tamaki, Pakuranga and Howick team with Will and Harrison.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University, Peter brings valuable experience from both small and large businesses, enabling him to understand and address diverse business owners’ needs effectively. Regardless of the scale, Peter is known for treating all clients, ranging from 90sqm to 9000sqm, with the same level of professionalism, emphasizing honesty and integrity in every transaction.
