Blair James founded James Group in 2012, having identified a clear need in the market for a greater relationship between real estate agents and their clients and customers. James Group is a place where businesses feel at home, where their needs and best interests are heard and acted upon. James Group have helped hundreds of New Zealand businesses, partnerships and sole traders grow and pursue their own business objectives.

Blair has over 10 years of commercial & Industrial property transaction experience Auckland wide and has personally concluded over 500 real estate transactions predominantly in the Auckland Industrial Property Market.

Blair’s drive and passion for property are unrivalled, property is in his DNA! Born to lead, he inspires and accelerates people’s pursuit of financial freedom through property.

Now in his 30’s, Blair is quickly learning the importance of finding a work life balance. If he’s not in the office, you will find him diving in the depths of the ocean, swinging his clubs (or at least attempting to), or spending time with his friends and growing family.
